This spacious 18th century cottage is in an elevated south facing position, overlooking open countryside and has been renovated to a high standard incorporating modern amenities, yet retaining original features of open fires and oak beamed ceilings.
Accommodation comprises large living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), both with undertile heating. Central heating throughout. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with twin beds. Rental charge is fully inclusive of electricity, Gas, Central heating, Hot Water, Linen and Towels. It is situated serenly below the Church (through kissing gate) in the conservation Cotswold village of Marshfield which has shops and three pubs with excellent dining facilities. Conveniently located for visiting Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds and nearby National Trust properties at Dryham, Lacock, Newark Park while Stourhead and Tyntesfield are within a 30 mile radius. The cottage is adjacent to open country so is also ideally placed for walkers and cyclists.

Bus services operate from Marshfield to Bath, Bristol and Chippenham. Nearest railway stations are Bath and Chippenham, both 15 - 20 minutes away.
