All rooms completely refurbished March 2008. High quality rooms, mainly en-suite, make this four star bed and breakfast the ideal place to stay for the discerning independent traveller. We are located within 10 minutes walk from the bus and train stations, and 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Prices include healthy continental breakfast served in your room. Parking is free on the streets nearby. Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing (from your own wi-fi equipped laptop or pda). If you want to visit the spa (highly recommended) then we can lend you towels.

Please note all our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty, dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Well-behaved children over the age of 12 are accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Rooms cannot be booked by more people than the advertised capacity and cannot be occupied by more than the number of people booked.

There is no capacity for extra beds in any room. There is no capacity for cots in any room.

Normal check in is between 3pm to 9pm and check out by 10am except by prior arrangement.

Please note that payments by debit/credit card are subject to 5% processing charge.

Road Directions

From M4 junction 18 take A46 towards Bath then follow signs A4 to Bath then A36 towards Bristol. After passing under railway viaduct, look for Renault garage on right (approx 1/4 mile). Turn left opposite Renault garge. Roban House is 100m up on right hand side.

Public Transport Directions

From Bath Spa
Bus station immediately in front of the railway station - take No 12 or 12A bus to Lower Oldfield Park. Roban House is 30m from the bus stop.
